8. Stamp duty for property purchases will be charged at 4.90% of the sale consideration until further notice by the Government of Gujarat. GST will be charged as per government regulations. Registration charges will be 1% of the sale consideration for male customers and companies. However, registration charges will be waived if the property is purchased in the name of a female customer, according to Gujarat government rules.
9. Prime Time Land Consultancy is not liable for delays caused by government processes regarding property possession. However, the company will do its best to accommodate investors and ensure their comfort throughout the process.
10. The area, plot number, and measurements of plots allotted by the company may vary due to: a) Changes in unit plans or; b) Amendments in regional regulations or; c) Unforeseen circumstances.
11. The company shall not be held responsible for delays or uncertainties caused by government authorities or external bodies.
12. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the prevailing laws of India, and any disputes arising from the use of this site will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad.
